Welded Clevis Hydraulic Cylinder is double acting. This is all steel welded. They are commonly used in the agriculture and construction industries, but are also used in applications such as waste recycling, OEM manufacturing of trailers, and metal manufacturing.
The hydraulic cylinder consists of a cylinder tube in which the piston connected to the piston rod reciprocates. One end of the cylinder tube is closed by the bottom of the cylinder (also called the cover), and the other end is closed by the cylinder head (also called the gland), and the piston rod comes out of the cylinder head. The piston has a slip ring and a seal. The piston divides the inside of the cylinder into two chambers, namely the bottom chamber (cover end) and the piston rod side chamber (rod end/head end). Flanges, trunnions, clevis and lugs are common cylinder mounting options.
