How does a hydraulic system work?

Hydraulic system is made of the following parts with their function:

Hydraulic system is widely used in a variety of applications, industrial settings as well as buildings, construction equipment and vehicles. The main users of hydraulic system are paper mills, logging, manufacturing, robotics and steel processing.

Hydraulic transmission is a kind of transmission mode in which the liquid is used as the working medium. The pressure energy of the liquid is used to realize the movement and force. Its basic principle is Pascal's principle. The liquid transfer power relying on the pressure of the liquid in a closed container. The liquid transmit movement relying on the change of sealing volume.

Power element:Hydraulic pump
Function: Its purpose is to convert mechanical energy from the prime mover into liquid pressure energy by using fluid. This component serves as the power source in hydraulic transmission.

Working medium: Hydraulic oil
Function: The working medium refers to the hydraulic oil or emulsion in various types of hydraulic transmission, which realizes energy conversion through the oil pump and the hydraulic motor.

Actuator: Hydraulic cylinder and motor
Function: It converts the hydraulic energy of a liquid into mechanical energy. Among them, the cylinder does linear movement, and the motor does rotational movement.

Auxiliary component: Accumulator, cooling fan, oil filter and hydraulic valve.
Function: Its main role is to provide connection, filtration, heat dissipation, heating, display, container and other functions for the formation of the hydraulic system.
