AISOAR’s new hydraulic cylinder factory has entered the equipment installation stage, marking another important step toward the facility becoming operational. Testing and inspection units are now in place at our new Hydraulic Cylinder Test & Validation Center, which is being developed around two key capabilities: stronger in-house quality control and greater support for new product development through simulation testing.
For AISOAR, the new factory is not simply about increasing production capacity. It is also an opportunity to strengthen the way hydraulic cylinders are inspected, tested and developed throughout the manufacturing process.
The New Center Strengthens Quality Control
Quality control begins before machining and production start. One of the key functions of the new Hydraulic Cylinder Test & Validation Center is to strengthen AISOAR’s in-house evaluation of incoming materials, helping our quality team identify potential issues earlier in the manufacturing process.
Material Strength Evaluation
Material properties can directly affect the machining, welding, assembly and long-term performance of hydraulic cylinder components. The new center will support in-house material strength evaluation, giving our quality team more information about material performance before it moves further into production.
By evaluating incoming materials at an earlier stage, AISOAR can add another layer of quality control before critical hydraulic cylinder components are manufactured.
Tensile Testing
Tensile testing provides another way to evaluate the mechanical performance of incoming materials. By testing how a material behaves under tensile load, our quality team can better understand its strength and deformation characteristics before it is used in hydraulic cylinder production.
Bringing this capability in-house supports faster material evaluation, more consistent quality control and better traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
The Center Supports New Hydraulic Cylinder Development
Another important role of the new Hydraulic Cylinder Test & Validation Center is to support new product development and engineering validation.
AISOAR manufactures hydraulic cylinders for different machines, industries and operating conditions. Many OEM projects require customized dimensions, mounting configurations and performance requirements, making testing and validation an important part of the development process.
Simulation Testing
The new center will provide additional capability for simulation testing, allowing our engineering team to evaluate new hydraulic cylinder designs under controlled test conditions. Instead of viewing product development as only a design-and-production process, the new center adds another important step:

Through simulation testing, our engineering team can observe product behavior, collect test data and identify opportunities for further optimization before a new design moves into the next stage of development.
Design Validation

For customized OEM projects, this validation capability can help our engineering team review new designs against project-specific operating conditions and performance requirements before moving into further production or field validation.

Clearer Roles Across Two Manufacturing Bases
As hydraulic cylinder production moves into the new facility, AISOAR’s existing factory will have more space to focus on other hydraulic product lines, including hydraulic systems, hydraulic power units, hydraulic cylinder assembly and disassembly benches, hydraulic test benches and hydraulic lifting equipment.
This clearer division between the two manufacturing bases allows each facility to focus on its core product areas, supporting better capacity utilization, more specialized production and stronger quality management across AISOAR’s hydraulic product portfolio.

The arrival of the first testing and inspection equipment marks another important milestone, but the Hydraulic Cylinder Test & Validation Center is still taking shape.
Equipment installation, commissioning and preparation will continue as AISOAR’s new factory moves closer to full operation.
