AISOAR’s new hydraulic cylinder factory has entered the equipment installation stage, marking another important step toward the facility becoming operational. Four testing and inspection units are now in place at our new Centro di collaudo e validazione dei cilindri idraulici, which is being developed around two key capabilities: stronger in-house quality control and greater support for new product development through simulation testing.

How Will the New Center Strengthen Quality Control?
Quality control begins before a hydraulic cylinder reaches the assembly line.

The new testing equipment will support checks related to material strength and stiffness, together with tensile testing, giving our quality team more information before materials move further into production.
